Agassiz Speedway Cycling
We have found that most riders, particularly those new to the sport, prefer a repeating pattern of events so that they know what they should be doing. We are going to start with a 3 week rotation;
Week 1: Power & Strength = “Lumps & Bumps” . The session will focus on short duration efforts, mainly carried out on an individual basis.
Week 2: Speed & Endurance = “The Trails of Time”. The session will include longer efforts as well as group riding.
Week 3: Race Practice = “A day at the Races”. The session will bring everything together with a mix of individual and team events.
